have us send a US Soldier a Care Package in your name, or

We are working hard to gather names &

duty. Welcome Back Pack was formed in Collier County, as a way
for our community to honor and welcome home the heroes of the
War on Terror. The Welcome Back Packs are filled with gift certificates
from local businesses.

IN THE CAPTURE LIVING HISTORY PROJECT |

Collier
County government staff is asking residents to help identify
Collier County World War II veterans who are willing to
record their war experiences on audiotape, for permanent
record at museums and public libraries throughout the county.
A nomination form
has been developed so that family and friends can recommend
veterans for this endeavor. For more information, call the
Communication and Customer Relations Department at 774-8308. |
